A Zillow 3D Home tour is one type of listing media. Zillow Showcase is an enhanced listing experience that brings photography, a 3D Home tour, and an interactive floor plan together in a more immersive presentation. You can book a Zillow 3D Home tour and create all the media with us without a Showcase subscription. Buto publish a Showcase listing, you’ll need Showcase access through Zillow, either directly or through your team or brokerage. A Showcase Reel is our custom property video created for display directly on your Zillow Showcase listing. A Creative Reel is designed primarily for social media and can take a more expressive, personality driven approach. Showcase videos must follow Zillow’s requirements, including a maximum length of two minutes and a primary focus on the property. We’ll plan the appropriate version for where you want to use it. Have the entire property cleaned and ready before we arrive. Clear clutter, tidy countertops, make beds, and put away personal documents and valuables. Because buyers can look around each captured space, preparation matters throughout the room. Open blinds, turn on lights, and turn off fans and TVs.

We’ll confirm the expected timing for your photography, tour, floor plan, and any video when you book. These items may finish at different times, so share your planned listing launch date in advance so we can coordinate the shoot and delivery schedule.
